Our company was founded by Darrell Walker in 1953, a pioneer in the personnel staffing industry.  In the late 1960’s, WorkForce Systems was created to offer employers hiring options to attract the area’s best talent. Under the guidance of his daughter and our president, Linda Walker Channell, we are proud to be following a 1953 tradition of personnel excellence.
